With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and multiple designations including FCIP, CRM, and MIBA, Ricardo is a partner at Beyond and the Chief Innovation Officer. His focus on identifying, prioritizing, developing, and launching new products, services, and business models is driving new growth opportunities for Beyond. Ricardo has a uniquely holistic view of the insurance business and specializes in Construction & Realty, Technology firms, Hospitality, and Health Sciences. Additionally, he has served as Faculty in the School of Business within BCIT’s General Insurance & Risk Management Program for 10 years. When not driving innovation at Beyond, Ricardo enjoys traveling, playing basketball, and spending time with his wife and child.
