As CEO of Beyond Insurance, Matt develops strategic objectives and directions that outline goals, and stepping stones on the path to achievement for the company as a whole. He helps to build and foster a well-balanced team, while ensuring the company is successful in performing based on key objectives. Matt fosters strong relationships with all insurance partners, allowing Beyond to best serve its clients in times of need. He is constantly striving to improve brokerage operations in a positive way for all partners, staff, clients, and the community. Matt especially enjoys helping clients complete thorough reviews of their portfolio in order to obtain the best insurance, along with providing exceptional risk management advice and expertise. Matt is also an avid volunteer within the community, serving on the Chamber of Commerce board, the Bullskit board, and volunteering for the Optimist Club. He spent 15 years as a hockey official from Minor to Major Junior/Senior levels, as well as the WHL. Matt loves spending time with his two sons and enjoys trying his hand at new Italian or smoker recipes.
