Madeline began her career with Beyond Insurance in 2019 and has quickly earned her way into a C-Suite position as Chief Administrative Officer. She excels at integrating departments and resources and creating and implementing policies and procedures to help the company operate compliantly and efficiently. During her first few years of employment, she also graduated from University of Calgary with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. With a passion for supporting staff in efficiently executing their tasks, she oversees day-to-day operations such as accounting, HR, and implementing new services. Madeline is pursuing her CAIB insurance designation as well as professional development courses aligning with her administrative expertise. Outside of the office, Madeline is an avid world traveler and has been to 40 countries! In her down time, you can also find Madeline teaching yoga, cuddling with her adorable chihuahua Stella, or spending time with her friends and family.
