Kelsey is an elected board member of the Professional Young Insurance Brokers Association and enjoys volunteering with Mamas for Mamas, Ronald McDonald House. Coming from a long history of work in the service industry, Kelsey brings a wealth of knowledge and customer service experience to Beyond. She excels in assisting business owners with managing their insurance risks and maintaining coverage for their changing needs. Her insurance career started in personal lines, and quickly evolved to a commercial lines account manager, where she worked independently on small to midsize accounts in different sectors ranging from aviation and technology to agriculture and environmental to media and entertainment. Kelsey has two young boys and two dogs with her partner Tyson. When she’s not busy with family, she enjoys camping, cooking, spin classes and her favorite restaurants, Bo’s and Pho Thuy Duong. Her favorite quote comes from the infamous Michael Scott, “Would I rather be feared or loved? Easy. Both. I want people to be afraid of how much they love me.”
