2024 has truly been a year like no other for Beyond Insurance, marking incredible strides in giving back, supporting wellness, and fostering meaningful community connections. As a fiercely independent, locally owned brokerage, we are proud to showcase our team’s efforts and the positive ripple effect created across our communities in Red Deer and beyond.
A Commitment to Community Impact
This year, Beyond Insurance supported 19 charities, donated an impressive $16,003, and contributed over 116 volunteer hours. Our charity of choice, Vantage Community Services, held a special place in our hearts. Whether volunteering at golf tournaments, participating in their creative Donut Cupid Fundraiser, or providing sponsorships, our partnership with Vantage underscored the power of collaboration .
Key highlights include:
- Movember: Raising funds and awareness for men’s mental health.
- Red Deer Outreach Centre: Sponsoring a hole-in-one and supporting their inaugural Virtual Lip Sync Battle to help expand critical community programs .
Putting Wellness First
Wellness was a top priority in 2024—both for our team and the communities we serve. Our Wellness Movement Morning in partnership with Stride Physio empowered our team to focus on mindfulness and physical health, enhancing our internal culture and sense of connection .
Externally, initiatives like Green Deer 2024 allowed us to give back to nature, promoting environmental wellness and community pride. Our support of wellness-driven events, like the PAPP Foundation Golf Tournament, reflected our belief in fostering healthier communities .
