This recognition reflects the work our team continues to do to ensure our workplace is inclusive, thoughtful, and built on the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen and valued.
One of the key initiatives highlighted was our new inclusive holiday policy, which gives employees greater flexibility to observe the days that hold meaning for them. We’re grateful to Tynan Allen and cultureING for their insight and partnership in shaping this policy.
